•  Successfully execute and manage multiple Salesforce Implementation projects from kickoff to closeout while establishing and nurturing strong relationships with internal team members and clients
•  Set project expectations with team and client and continually maintain alignment
•  Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues with team through client meetings, detailed project plans, and status reports
•  Facilitate discovery and design sessions and collaborate with project team members to create solution proposals and deliverables that adhere to client’s requirements and budgetary constraints
•  Continuously assess project timeline and budget to determine need for change orders (if any) and work with internal team to compile, quantify, and calculate necessary timeline and costs

•  Strong skillset in agile delivery methodology and JIRA management.

•	Plan and facilitate scrum ceremonies to include daily standups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, demo, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.
•	Manage project and resources by monitoring progress, removing any blockers that impede resources’ productivity, ensuring each resource is fully utilized, and exercising risk mitigation.
•	Develop and maintain product backlog priorities through constant collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure solutions features and functionality meet business needs and expectations
•	Proactively tracking and analyzing budget utilization, project burndown metrics, and velocity.  Report results to project stakeholders and escalate any risks or issues.
•	Working with Account Directors and Solution Architects to assist in creating project proposals to include approach, estimates, required resources, and assumptions.

•	Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of North America PMO to include team member contributions, delivery processes, escalations and department projects.
•	Analyze team members to identify strengths and opportunities for personal and professional growth.  Serve as a mentor to teach company culture and instill PMI best practices and effective project management strategies into their practice.
•	Manage project lifecycle of the more complex client projects to include timelines, scope, resources, budget, risks/issues, and client sentiment.  Projects are both domestic and international and include data migration, software development and deployment, UI/UX, and portal builds for on-prem and cloud-based solutions.
•	Create project timelines and deliverables by gathering requirements and priorities from project stakeholders and by consulting development and engineering team members.  
•	Analyze current processes and implement changes to support delivery team to include post-mortems, project health reporting to stakeholders, escalation process, RFP responses, and PM performance assessments.
